About the role
We are looking for a Production Executive to lead the administrative side of our projects and ensure smooth execution of event productions. You will work closely with the production lead, supporting pitch preparation, cost planning and supplier coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project administrative requirements and organise detailed project documentation.
- Assist the production lead in preparing pitches, developing plans and costing.
- Manage supplier relationships during pre‑production and oversee event delivery operations.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in agency project management.
- General experience in events management or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar production role is a plus.
