Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager leads all manufacturing activities at Midis Group, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality output. This role is responsible for planning, resource allocation, equipment reliability and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and optimise production workflows, prepare schedules and balance resources.
• Lead machine operating and fabrication teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Oversee safe operation of fabrication equipment and implement preventive/corrective maintenance plans.
• Identify and coordinate corrective actions for process deviations and equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping protocols and operational policies.
• Monitor production processes, detect inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate fabrication of generator canopies, skids, tanks, structures and sheet‑metal assemblies.
• Generate regular operational, cost and productivity reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and coach the team, conduct performance reviews and manage training and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing management.
