Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to run and monitor our manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and support packaging activities at our Umm al‑Quwain facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow‑molding, injection‑molding, filling, capping and labeling machines, following SOPs for start‑up and shut‑down.
• Inspect bottles for defects, enforce GMP and hygiene standards, and report any quality deviations.
• Record production data (output, waste, downtime, changeovers) and maintain documentation for audits and continuous‑improvement.
• Assist with packaging tasks such as palletising, shrink‑wrapping, labeling, and handle raw materials to maintain inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in beverage or packaging.
• Knowledge of operating blow‑molding, injection‑molding, filling, capping and labeling lines.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to identify product defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Commitment to hygiene and safety protocols in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
