Production Operator (m/f/d)

About the role

Acino is seeking a Production Operator (m/f/d) to support daily manufacturing activities in its pharmaceutical facilities. The role involves operating equipment, handling materials and ensuring that products are produced in compliance with quality, safety and cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute granulation, coating and packaging operations according to SOPs, BMR/BPR and cGMP guidelines.
• Set‑up, operate, clean and maintain production equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Calibrate balances and instruments as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment qualification and line clearance activities.
• Record temperature and relative humidity, conduct startup checks and in‑process quality checks.
• Carry out AQL inspections, manage spare parts and verify material transfers.
• Compile batch documentation, return excess materials to warehouse and support validation activities.
• Dispose of rejects and expired materials with proper documentation.
• Participate in audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives while following EHS policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in pharmaceuticals are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tablet coating, granulation and packaging.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and follow established procedures.
