Professional Nurse – Fully Remote

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and clinically skilled Professional Nurse to join Kelmora’s fully remote team. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting safe, patient-centered services across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in line with established clinical standards.
• Assess patients’ health status, monitor vital signs and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, nursing records and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments and health management.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups and discharge planning with healthcare professionals.
• Support physicians and other clinicians during patient care activities.
• Observe infection-prevention procedures and ensure hygiene standards.
• Monitor medical supplies, report issues and assist in emergency response when needed.

Required profile

• Registered nursing qualification recognized in the UAE or equivalent.
• Mid-level experience in clinical nursing or patient care.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety.
