Program Director - PMC (Power)

About the role

The Program Director – PMC (Power) will lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale power and water transmission programmes in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordination of all project resources while ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans, schedules and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with clients, supervision consultants, EPC contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities to align deliverables with specifications.
• Oversee engineering management, procurement and delivery activities across the programme.
• Monitor progress, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in power and water transmission projects.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programmes in the Middle East.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and navigate local regulatory environments.
