Program Director – Satellite Missions

About the role

ICEYE is looking for a Program Director to lead end‑to‑end satellite mission programmes from contract signing through delivery. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as the central orchestrator for engineering, product, operations and commercial teams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution and high‑trust customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver satellite mission programmes predictably, meeting schedule, budget and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans that align stakeholders and control financial resources.
• Proactively identify, mitigate and escalate risks, dependencies and issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to reduce bottlenecks and accelerate mission execution.
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Travel to ICEYE’s headquarters in Espoo (Finland) and to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex technical programmes, preferably in satellite or aerospace domains.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and undergo security screening (including SUPO where required).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
