Program Director – UAE

About the role

ICEYE is seeking a Program Director to lead complex satellite mission programmes from Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the VP of Missions, you will act as the central orchestrator for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring customer success, on‑time execution and scalable operations across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver satellite mission programmes predictably, on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and align program plans across stakeholders to optimise resources, financial control and milestone achievement.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, dependencies and escalations throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Coordinate travel to ICEYE’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland and to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing large‑scale technical programmes (approximately 60 months).
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑facing mindset.
• Eligibility for security screening, including SUPO where required.
