Program Manager

About the role

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build trusted relationships, gather feedback and drive satisfaction while leading cross‑functional teams to deliver complex security programmes across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and align engineering, supply chain, legal, finance, sales and partner teams to deliver scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan and govern programme execution using IDEMIA’s Programme Management System, including tollgates, KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Own financial performance – forecasting revenue, tracking margins, ensuring invoicing accuracy and managing cash‑flow milestones.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies, escalating when needed.
• Ensure contractual compliance, manage change‑requests and support pricing negotiations.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities and transition programmes to operational delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of programme or complex project management experience, preferably in technology, biometrics or public‑sector security.
• Proven experience managing programmes for government or public‑sector customers in the Middle East.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with regular on‑site customer visits and 20‑30 % travel across the region.
