Program Manager – Power Transmission Infrastructure

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large‑scale, multidisciplinary power transmission infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi. The role provides overall leadership across project controls, engineering, risk, commercial, quality, HSE, stakeholder management and programme reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme governance, oversight and executive‑level reporting.
• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple project packages, ensuring schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE and interface management.
• Prepare and maintain the Program Management Plan and integrated execution framework.
• Establish dashboards, action registers, decision registers and reporting systems.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance, escalating critical issues.
• Support senior management decision‑making with concise analysis and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong background in programme or project management for major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary programmes with multiple contractors and consultants.
• Experience within power transmission, utilities, energy or comparable infrastructure environments.
• Programme or project management certification is highly desirable.
