About the role
As a Program Manager for Seller incentives, you will partner with Product Managers and cross‑functional business teams (local and worldwide) to launch and operate seller incentives and promotions across the four MENATR marketplaces. You will drive execution and controllership of all seller promotions while ensuring high‑quality performance tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and operate various seller incentives and promotions across MENATR marketplaces.
- Drive execution and controllership of seller promotions and incentives.
- Conduct deep‑dive data analyses to evaluate incentive performance.
- Build SQL queries and dashboards for tracking incentive metrics.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across local and worldwide teams.
- Balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Required profile
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with data.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
