About the role
The Program Officer will support the management and coordination of external stakeholders for the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP). The role involves creating program content, liaising with Marketing & Communications, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships, suggesting ways to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the roll‑out of the Prize’s Ambassador Programme and identify new partners to raise ZSP’s global profile.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the ZSP cycle, including planning, scheduling, and activity coordination.
- Prepare reports, updates, and management information in line with reporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Masdar information‑security policies and protect assets and data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in stakeholder management and program coordination.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
