About the role
The Program Planning Specialist will develop, maintain and monitor the integrated schedule for a radioactive waste management program in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures alignment across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction and delivery activities, supporting program leadership in identifying schedule risks, dependencies and impacts on key milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Integrated Program Planning & Scheduling
- Schedule Development, Monitoring & Control
- Critical Path, Interfaces & Dependency Management
- Progress Measurement, Forecasting & Reporting
- Schedule Risk & Change Management
- Coordination with Engineering, Commercial & Project Teams
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Nuclear Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven planning and scheduling experience, preferably in nuclear, radioactive waste management, decommissioning, major infrastructure or other complex regulated projects
- Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6
