Programme Manager

About the role

Fasset is looking for a Programme Manager to own the planning and execution of a series of international growth events across six countries between September and December. You will coordinate venues, vendors, travel and internal teams to ensure every deadline is met and the events run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence – weekly growth reviews, monthly scorecards and go/no‑go calls, circulate inputs, log decisions and chase follow‑through.
• Own end‑to‑end production of the Buildathon series, handling venue booking, permits, budget, run‑of‑show, guest list, travel, on‑site delivery and post‑event close‑out.
• Source, negotiate, contract and manage vendors and suppliers for AV, production, research and freelance creatives, ensuring timely payment and compliance.
• Maintain a central programme tracker that records every commitment, owner and deadline across five growth workstreams.
• Provide executive enablement by managing calendars, inbox triage, travel arrangements and briefing packs for senior meetings.
• Support hiring operations by scheduling interviews and ensuring a prompt candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering live events end‑to‑end in multiple countries, including venue booking and on‑the‑fly problem solving.
• Ready to travel 5‑6 weeks between September and December across the UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Japan, the UK and the US, with visa‑free access or multi‑entry visas.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and turning partial instructions into concrete plans.
• Willingness to handle a day per week of calendar, inbox, travel and expense administration.
• Clear, concise written communication and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to read budgets and spot errors, and experience working closely with founders or leadership teams.
