Project Controls Manager (PMC)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Controls Manager (PCM) to lead controls across a portfolio of high‑profile oil and gas projects for clients such as ADNOC. The role sits within Wood’s Oil, Gas & New Energies business, supporting the delivery of large‑scale, complex projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project controls for a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk and performance reporting for each project.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate contract administration, procurement and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 240 months (20 years) of experience in project controls within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven track record of delivering controls for large, complex projects for major energy companies.
• Strong understanding of international codes, standards and major technical agreements such as the ExxonMobil Master Technical Agreement.
