Project Coordination Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated Project Coordination Engineer who is an UAE national to support the CS team on infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will act as a bridge between design disciplines and the construction site, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination among architectural, structural and MEP teams.
• Review drawings and models to detect clashes and issues.
• Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs and reports.
• Attend coordination meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
• Gather technical data and as‑built information from site teams.
• Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in road and infrastructure construction coordination.
• Maintain daily diaries and inspector reports.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation with contractor engineers.
• Chair meetings with authorities, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety goals are met and oversee implementation of safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or related engineering.
• Fresh graduate with internship experience.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
• Strong English communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be available to work in the UAE.
