Project Coordinator – Al Ain

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The role involves orchestrating project activities, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project activities from initiation through completion, aligning with organisational objectives.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare comprehensive minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to gather project information and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports using project management tools.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial updates and analysis to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project obstacles proactively, proposing practical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports highlighting milestones, risks, and achievements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time‑keeping and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with presentation software (PowerPoint) for creating project materials.
