About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of art‑related projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, artists, designers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, artists, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and artwork databases.
• Process orders, verify artwork, framing, and production specifications.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates to management.
• Organise logistics, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities as required.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or client service.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a keen interest in art, design, or interior aesthetics (advantageous).
• Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
