Project Coordinator – Radiographic Testing (RTFI)

About the role

The Project Coordinator – Radiographic Testing (RTFI) will support Bureau Veritas in delivering high‑quality non‑destructive testing services across Abu Dhabi sites. The role ensures safe execution of radiographic inspections, accurate film interpretation, and timely reporting to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily radiographic testing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Conduct film interpretation, densitometer calibrations, and classification of indications according to client specifications.
• Prepare final radiographic examination reports using approved formats and submit timesheets promptly.
• Collaborate with multi‑technology NDT teams (PAUT, other methods) to synchronize inspections and deliver integrated reports.
• Maintain tools, safety devices, and housekeeping standards on site.
• Participate in toolbox talks, attend required training, and follow instructions from site coordinators.

Required profile

• Commitment to personal and co‑worker safety and environmental protection.
• Willingness to attend internal training programs and toolbox talks.
• Ability to work in field clothing that does not pose hazards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognise unseen dangers.

Required skills

• Radiographic Testing (RTFI) expertise.
• Film interpretation and densitometer calibration.
• Knowledge of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) standards and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) coordination.
• Preparation of technical inspection reports.
