Project Delivery Manager – Oil & Gas EPC Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and other project activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE and contractual requirements.
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, senior management and project teams.
• Support contract administration, variation management, claims and commercial matters.
• Oversee project close‑out, documentation, commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• Proven project delivery experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably on EPC projects.
• Strong background in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical field (preferred).
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent (advantage).
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC environment is a plus.
