Project Engineer – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

Rayfitout Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of high‑end residential and commercial interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interior fit‑out, civil and MEP works across multiple sites.
• Review shop drawings, specifications and material submittals for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, daily reports and resource plans using MS Project.
• Conduct regular site inspections, manage RFIs and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the Project Manager in client communication and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit‑out, civil and MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Previous experience in high‑end residential or commercial fit‑out projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong communication, leadership and coordination abilities.
