Project Engineer (Valve Supply Coordination)

About the role

As a Project Engineer you will coordinate the end‑to‑end execution of valve supply orders, handling technical approvals, procurement, financial documentation and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review technical and commercial contract requirements and book orders in the system.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers and manufacturing sites to order materials to the correct specifications and expedite deliveries.
• Prepare and submit technical documents for client approval and manage bank guarantee and progress payment submissions with finance.
• Arrange shipments, handle freight forwarding, third‑party inspections and ensure contractual delivery timelines are met.
• Support production by providing tactical advice on specification deviations, conduct production planning meetings and prepare inspection and test plans.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate in mechanical, production or instrumentation engineering, or a diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the valve industry and proven project management capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation and inspection/test plans.
