Project Foreman

About the role

The Project Foreman will lead on‑site construction and maintenance activities for Mora Modo in Dubai. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate crews, manage schedules and ensure that work is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, directing crews and subcontractors.
• Organise work schedules, allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and enforce a safety‑first culture.
• Track usage of materials and heavy equipment, performing basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect work quality, report status and maintain accurate site records.
• Liaise with project managers, suppliers and clients to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows and site practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar in construction or related fields.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities, with effective communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience operating and coordinating heavy equipment.
• Practical carpentry and general construction knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in construction, civil engineering or a related discipline.
