Project Management Strategy Specialist

About the role

The Specialist – Strategic Projects in LAHAB drives organizational transformation and business excellence at EDGE. This role defines, leads, and monitors high‑impact internal strategic projects, supports governance frameworks, and communicates progress to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and define high‑impact strategic projects focused on internal development, process optimization, and organizational change.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional initiatives within a technology‑driven manufacturing environment.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and risks to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support design, rollout, and enforcement of corporate governance structures and PMO methodologies.
• Establish strategic KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and executive dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Facilitate organizational change management to ensure adoption of new structures and standards.
• Communicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including C‑level executives and government bodies.
• Serve as central contact for strategic progress, preparing tailored reports and briefings for various audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic projects in a complex, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to internal and external audiences.
