About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager – Civil/Construction to lead our on‑site projects in Dubai. The role involves planning, executing and delivering civil and construction works while meeting quality, budget and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle from design through handover.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor progress, control costs and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards.
Identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges promptly.
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.

Required profile

4‑6 years of UAE experience in civil or construction project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and local industry practices.
