About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager – Civil/Construction to lead our on‑site projects in Dubai. The role involves planning, executing and delivering civil and construction works while meeting quality, budget and schedule targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from design through handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, control costs and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges promptly.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of UAE experience in civil or construction project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and local industry practices.
