Project Manager – Construction & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large construction and fit‑out projects for Cushman & Wakefield in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, budget and timeline expectations while aligning with client and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and contractors, facilitating collaboration and tracking milestones.
• Prepare and update project budgets, schedules, reports and presentations.
• Support tendering, contractor evaluation and procurement, including preparation of tender documents and assessment of submissions.
• Track and report project milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety regulations and sustainability objectives.
• Lead project meetings, address issues promptly and drive resolutions.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal service lines such as finance, legal and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in real‑estate, construction or consultancy environments.
• Proven ability to manage commercial, fit‑out or mixed‑use projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination, cost control and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
