Project Manager / Construction Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC construction projects in Dubai. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage site teams, subcontractors, schedules, resources, quality and HSE to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of EPC and construction projects from mobilization through handover.
• Manage site construction, erection and installation across mechanical, piping, civil, structural, E&I and related disciplines.
• Oversee construction of storage tanks, LPG facilities, pressure vessels, process equipment, pipelines and structural works.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Planning and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor progress, schedules, productivity and milestones; implement recovery actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs and applicable codes.
• Manage inspections, testing, hydro‑testing, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and final handover.
• Handle technical issues, RFIs, variations, punch lists and close‑out activities.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas EPC construction and site execution.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale construction and erection activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
• UAE/GCC Oil & Gas construction experience highly preferred.
