Project Manager - Drilling and Grouting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead drilling and grouting projects, including anchors, micropiles, and ground improvement works, for our Dubai operations. The role involves overseeing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage site operations, mobilization, resource allocation and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to meet technical specifications.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments and technical submittals.
• Monitor progress, productivity and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Control project budgets, track costs and ensure profitability.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Handle contractual matters such as variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Support tendering and business development with technical input and planning expertise.
• Maintain proper documentation and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in drilling and grouting works, including anchors and micropiles.
• Proven experience managing geotechnical or foundation engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, grouting methods and ground engineering practices.
• Experience in project planning, cost control and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, codes and standards.
• Professional certification such as PMP is an advantage.
