Project Manager - Drilling And Grouting

About the role

Trevi Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead drilling and grouting projects across Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering anchors, micropiles, and ground improvement works on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all site operations, including mobilization, resource allocation and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments and technical submittals.
• Monitor progress, productivity and performance, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project budgets, track costs and control expenditures.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare regular project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support tendering and business development with technical input.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in drilling and grouting works, including anchors and micropiles.
• Proven experience managing geotechnical or foundation engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, codes and standards.
• Professional certification such as PMP is an advantage.
