Project Manager Fire Protection Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of fire protection systems for industrial and construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through commissioning and hand‑over, while ensuring safety, compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and budget fire protection projects, aligning with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement and site installation personnel.
• Manage project risks, resolve technical and logistical issues, and handle change requests.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing regular progress updates and documentation.
• Secure necessary permits, certifications and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to monitor quality, delivery schedules and overall performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in fire protection, construction or industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection, suppression, alarm and emergency shutdown systems in high‑hazard environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as P&IDs and equipment layouts.
• Excellent leadership, client‑engagement and communication skills.
