Project Manager – Fit-Out & Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit‑out and construction projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing projects from planning through execution and handover while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fit‑out and construction projects, delivering on scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality standards and compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, resource plans and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical and operational issues.
• Oversee procurement, contractor coordination and project close‑out activities.
• Utilise AutoCAD to review, interpret and coordinate project drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in project management.
• Proven track record managing fit‑out and construction projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
