Project Manager – Fit Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least five years of fit‑out experience in the UAE/GCC to lead turnkey projects across retail, commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. The role involves delivering projects from concept through design, construction and handover while coordinating with design, construction, suppliers and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage turnkey fit‑out projects from feasibility and design through to handover.
• Lead project planning, programming, budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, risk management and change control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain client expectations and provide regular project reporting.
• Support value engineering while preserving design and operational intent.
• Resolve issues in fast‑paced, live environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in fit‑out projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of fit‑out finishes and operational requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially astute with proven cost and programme control experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable in dynamic settings.
