Project Manager – Fit‑out Projects (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from hand‑over and procurement through site execution, authority approvals and client handover, with a strong focus on budget, schedule, quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Drive site construction activities from kickoff to final snagging, ensuring compliance with approved designs, MEP specifications and local authority guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, cost variations, monthly valuations, cash flow and subcontractor payments to protect profit margins.
• Oversee procurement, negotiate with suppliers, monitor subcontractor performance and approve materials.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, interior designers, architects, mall management teams and external consultants.
• Secure and coordinate authority approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD, Concordia, Tecom, DDA, ADM and landlord technical teams.
• Develop and maintain master project programmes using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking milestones to avoid delays.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure site safety complies with UAE HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of fit‑out project management experience, predominantly in the UAE market.
• Proven portfolio of delivered projects in Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Retail sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Architecture or related field.
• PMP or MRICS certification is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of UAE building codes, civil‑defense regulations and major landlord NOC processes (Emaar, Nakheel, Majid Al Futtaim, Aldar).
