Project Manager – High-Rise Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise building construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of high‑rise construction projects, including schedule, budget, procurement and resource allocation.
• Coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and government authorities.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections and lead regular project meetings.
• Review contractor performance, technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings and progress reports.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Prepare management reports, status updates and support claims, variation orders and contractor negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record on high‑rise residential, commercial or mixed‑use towers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
