About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute high‑profile developments across the UAE. The role involves leading projects from concept to completion, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams across multiple functions to deliver high‑quality projects.
• Create, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, milestones, and issues.
• Oversee client communications, including expectations and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and evaluation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, real estate, or development projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
