Project Manager – Interior Design

About the role

Design Design LLC is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead interior design and turnkey projects from concept to handover. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate design teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned with client expectations.
• Manage resources, monitor construction progress and conduct regular site inspections.
• Coordinate procurement, expediting and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular status reports.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in interior design, construction or fit‑out projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
