Project Manager – ITMAM (Banking)

About the role

Join ADCB’s Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Project Manager for ITMAM, driving finance‑related projects across the bank. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact initiatives that support ADCB’s digital evolution and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Group or Sub‑Group projects, define activities, set milestones and manage delivery teams.
• Monitor progress, take corrective actions, and ensure projects stay within budget and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, issue RFPs, and manage vendor performance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to meet internal audit standards.
• Conduct project meetings, provide updates, and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably managing cards and payment projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver finance‑related initiatives.
• Strong business relationship management and operational risk awareness.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum/Agile certification.
• Cards & Payment vendor management experience.
• Core banking knowledge.
• Understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Experience with enterprise systems.
