Project Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large‑scale EPC projects in the oil & gas and chemicals sectors. They will ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget, schedule, and scope while keeping stakeholders fully informed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans from FEED through Initial Acceptance and Reliability Testing.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and report progress to clients and internal teams.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and piping disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 20–30 years of experience delivering full EPC projects in oil & gas or chemicals.
• Proven track record with Tier 1 or Tier 2 EPC contractors or equivalent P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with verifiable references.
• Mechanical or Piping engineering background, currently based in the UAE or wider Middle East.
