Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead turnkey Power Transmission EPC projects from sales hand‑over through execution to final acceptance. You will ensure that scope, schedule, quality and budget are met while supporting the UAE’s energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects across all lifecycle phases, maintaining scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, monitor milestones and KPIs, and address deviations early.
• Assess technical, commercial and contractual feasibility; manage risks, claims, change requests and contract adjustments.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, suppliers and consortium partners, handling expectations and issue resolution.
• Motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve safety, timeline, cost and quality targets.
• Uphold EHS, quality and Siemens Energy Business Conduct Guidelines and lead lessons‑learned sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• PMP, IPMA or equivalent project‑management certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing medium‑to‑large scale projects with utilities or EPCs in the MENA region, preferably in Power Transmission.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies, contract management, risk and opportunity management, and project planning/control.
• Fluent English (oral and written) and a valid driving licence.
