Project Manager – Large‑Scale Electrical Infrastructure

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, authority approvals, utility coordination, construction, testing, commissioning and handover of large‑scale public electrical infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning through final handover.
• Obtain all authority approvals, permits, utility connections and NOCs.
• Coordinate with TAQA Distribution, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADQCC, Civil Defense and other relevant authorities.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, suppliers and utility providers.
• Review designs, shop drawings, technical submissions and project schedules.
• Supervise civil and electrical infrastructure works, testing, commissioning and energisation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and executive presentations to top management.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.

Required profile

• Intermediate level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale public electrical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, IEC standards and local authority procedures.
