Project Manager – Luxury Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee high‑end luxury interior design and fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves guiding projects from concept through to handover, ensuring they meet the brand’s standards of craftsmanship and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, procurement and on‑site execution.
• Coordinate designers, suppliers, contractors and clients to keep all parties aligned.
• Monitor on‑site progress, conduct quality control, inspections and obtain necessary approvals.
• Handle logistics, deliveries and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and luxury‑craftsmanship standards.
• Maintain close follow‑up with drafting, design and FF&E teams to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Engineering.
• Proven experience managing luxury interior projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong background in project management, expediting, inspection and logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
