Project Manager – Offshore Services

About the role

The Project Manager – Offshore Services will be based at DP World’s corporate office in Dubai while leading global offshore projects. The role requires frequent, often short‑notice travel and extended stays overseas (up to 3‑6 months) during intensive shipyard and project execution phases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, adhering to established schedules and critical paths.
• Maintain strict financial control, ensuring costs stay within approved budgets and managing contingencies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules and budgets.
• Ensure full compliance with maritime HSSEQ regulations and company operational standards.
• Provide high‑quality, timely progress, variation, and financial reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale offshore or shipyard projects.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapid travel requirements.
• Excellent understanding of maritime safety, health, environment, security, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
