Project Manager – Projects Department (Restoration)

About the role

The Project Manager in the Projects Department will lead the development and delivery of major multi‑discipline engineering projects, from concept through to hand‑over, for new plants, facilities and modifications to existing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input for proposal and conceptual development, coordinating design, material specification, procurement and tendering.
• Manage Project Management Consultants and ensure effective site supervision and project administration.
• Direct project teams through all phases – initiation, execution, commissioning and start‑up.
• Oversee multinational contractors, guaranteeing compliance with HSE requirements, schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Lead or participate in company‑wide committees, offering expertise and guiding discussions.
• Supervise multi‑discipline engineering teams, exercising financial authority as defined by management.
• Review source material, attend meetings and contribute to defining project scopes, feasibility and cost estimates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑discipline engineering projects.
• Ability to coordinate design, procurement and contract tendering activities.
• Strong interface skills with external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Experience supervising multinational contractors and ensuring HSE compliance.
• Leadership capability to direct project teams and committees.
• Financial authority and responsibility for project budgets.
