Project Manager – Residential Development

About the role

Mace is delivering a large‑scale residential development in Dubai and seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple residential assets through construction and fit‑out phases. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating design, construction and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of residential plots, aligning with programme, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Manage contractors and consultants throughout construction and fit‑out, ensuring work follows approved plans.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing multiple workstreams, maintaining reporting and governance.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies and drive programme performance.
• Oversee transition to fit‑out, monitor quality standards and sequencing.
• Review contractor submissions, method statements and progress reports for compliance.
• Facilitate coordination between construction, design, commercial and logistics teams.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce health & safety and quality standards.
• Support handover and close‑out activities, ensuring smooth client transition.
• Contribute to value‑engineering and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven Project Manager experience in a PMC/consultancy delivering residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong post‑contract delivery experience, including fit‑out stages.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, finishing stages and handover processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management within a structured programme environment.
• Commercial awareness to monitor cost and schedule performance.
• Prior experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential.
