Project Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major roads and transportation infrastructure package in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the client, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure components and develop detailed execution plans.
• Establish, monitor and control project schedules, coordinating across all disciplines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution, including budget tracking, cost control and invoice review.
• Maintain strong coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to resolve design and construction issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities, propose mitigation measures and ensure proactive resolution.
• Attend regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing roads and infrastructure projects in a Project Management Consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with authorities, clients and contractors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
