Project Manager – Site Development (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager ID – Site to lead large‑scale infrastructure and site development projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex site development projects, delivering on schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors and local authorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale site development projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities.
• Effective risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
