Project Manager - Waterproofing

About the role

The Project Manager – Waterproofing will lead all phases of waterproofing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise waterproofing projects from initiation to completion, monitoring schedule, manpower, and health & safety.
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines and share them with relevant departments.
• Lead the project team, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with KCG Operations objectives.
• Oversee on‑site activities, inspect work, resolve daily issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, change requests, and material procurement.
• Track material consumption, waste, and produce regular quality, safety, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects meet all legal, regulatory, and code requirements.
• Attend client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings and handle petty cash invoices and timesheets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or waterproofing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
