About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Material Coordinator to serve as the single point of contact for all material‑related activities on assigned oil & gas construction projects. The role ensures seamless coordination between production, warehouse, quality control and project teams to keep fabrication schedules on track.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the focal point for material coordination on assigned projects.
- Align material inspections and releases with production priorities.
- Coordinate material movements between yards and ensure timely availability.
- Manage out‑of‑spec discrepancies, inspection priorities and storage space.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, HSE requirements and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas construction material control.
- Degree or diploma preferred.
- Strong written and email communication skills.
- UAE driving licence – mandatory.
