Project & Procurement Manager (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project & Procurement Manager to lead project execution and procurement activities on a part‑time, fully remote basis. The role blends strategic sourcing with project oversight to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to achieve successful delivery.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and procurement performance.
• Identify and mitigate project and procurement risks.
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in project management, procurement, operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project planning, procurement processes, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with budgeting, performance reporting, and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross‑functional environment.
